So, our DevOps has managed to delete all our databases again this year, without any back ups.
If we where not on alpha stage I would seriously ask him to reconsider his field, consider no one will touch him with a ten meters (yes, metrics) pole.

If he cannot recover the data, I am sure he will be fired.

This is a shit show. And I am laughing maniacally each time I think about it. What a fucked up situation. Poor guy.

@amin So, do you have a plan or an image of what moving to the non-alpha stage of polymath would look like? Would it retain the information over here? Is it going to be a blank slate? I of course understand that most of the time things don't go according to plan. I'm mostly curious about your vision.

I have redone my blog, and I was thinking, the logistics of posting different feeds.
A blog post and post to different instances of mastodon.

One thing to consider is, in what circumstances is posting the same content to different mediums, a good idea.

For example I can see this post to be a good fit for all instances. But a kind soul that follows me every where, might not appreciate seeing the same content three times. #meta
